4. Shipping Policy
Orders placed during our official working hours will be processed and delivered on the same day. Orders placed after working hours will be processed on the next working day. Delivery schedules may be affected by weekends and public holidays. While we strive to deliver on time, delays due to external factors are beyond our control.
5. Returns & Replacements
Returns are accepted only for items received in a damaged condition. Customers must notify us within three (3) days of delivery by emailing returns@hoot.shop, along with order details and proof of damage.
Once the returned product is received and verified, a replacement will be issued. Requests made after the three-day period will not be accepted. No refunds or replacements will be provided for reasons other than damage.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
7. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
