Shipping policy

Orders placed within our official working hours will be processed and delivered on the same day, while any orders received after closing time will be scheduled for delivery on the following working day. Please note that weekends and public holidays may affect delivery schedules.

Returns

Our returns policy applies strictly to items received in a damaged condition. Customers must notify us within three (3) days of delivery by contacting returns@hoot.shop and provide the relevant order details. The damaged product must then be returned to us for verification, after which we will gladly provide an alternative replacement. Please note that we cannot accept any return requests made after the three-day notification period.
